Chicken fried steak

Steak

You will need:

  • tenderloin filets, sliced in 1/2 inch pieces, tenderized
  • flour
  • 2 eggs
  • cornmeal
  • paprika
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Cover the bottom of a skillet with vegetable oil, turn heat to medium. Get out three bowls to make your “steak dunking” station. In the first bowl put flour, the second 2 eggs whisked, and the third paprika, cornmeal, salt and pepper. (I don’t measure these ingredients)

Take a piece of tenderloin dunk into all three bowls and put on your skillet.

Do the same with all the filets and cook on medium heat for about a half an hour, flipping occasionally. Serve with veggies and biscuits and gravy.

Ralph’s epic mac book cake

NOTE: I DID NOT MAKE THIS!! :)

I had to share Ralph’s amazing birthday cake I had made for his 25th. It originally had a blue moon bottle on it but unfortunately it dropped and some of the cake was ruined. It still looked amazing though!
