Honey apple chicken asparagus bake

You will need:

In a greased pan place chicken breasts. Drizzle with about a cup of honey apple grill sauce. Toss in asparagus, apples and bacon. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until asparagus is tender.

Fried egg & spinach burger

You will need:

  • 1 lb ground beef, rolled into patties
  • eggs
  • spinach, washed
  • tomatoes, sliced
  • buns or bread
  • butter
  • bacon, cooked
  • sliced cheese

Grill the burgers. In a small skillet melt a tablespoon of butter, crack egg into skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes, flipping twice. Top burger with cheese,egg, and other toppings. Make sure to toast your bun or bread and butter both sides! yum!

Fruit & yogurt pops

You will need:

  • yougurt
  • any kind of fruit
  • fruit juice (optional)

Combine about 2 cups of yogurt with fruit of your choice (we did bananas & blueberries) and purée. You may add fruit juice for more flavor.Pour into ice cube trays. Place tray in the freezer for about 30 minutes, then add cut up straws or popsicle sticks. Take out when completely frozen and transfer to a ziplock bag for easier storage.

Kids love these! They are the perfect size for their little hands which makes it so much easier for them to eat (& makes less messes for mom to clean up)! Plus the best news about these is that there is NO high fructose corn syrup or other artificial ingredients.

Packer birthday cake

Rotisserie chicken & spinach wrap

All this beautiful weather has put our summer dinner favorites at the top of our menu!

You will need:

  • whole wheat wraps
  • spinach, washed
  • tomatoes chopped
  • dab of mayo
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • rotisserie chicken, sliced
  • colby-jack cheese, sliced
Spread mayo on wrap, add a dash of salt and pepper. Add the rest of the ingredients and enjoy! A great way to use of leftover chicken from a previous meal.
