- fresh asparagus stalks, ends chopped off
- TS garlic garlic
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
Wrap fresh asparagus stalks with strips of bacon, place in a greased shallow pan. Season generously with garlic garlic and salt & pepper. Drizzle about a tablespoon of olive oil over asparagus. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes, then broil on low for an additional 10 minutes, flipping if needed.
These were so yummy. Next time we are going to make them on the grill though because we like our bacon crispier!
