I had the fun opportunity to take some maternity pictures of my sister-in-law a few weekends ago! I am in no means a photographer and I have so much to learn when it comes to photography but I was pretty proud of some of the pictures! I am so used to photographing food that I thought it was going to be a disaster. I am excited to learn more about photography so I can start shooting my own children. I just wanted to share a few of my favorites! And if anyone has camera tips to pass along please let me know. Isn’t my sister-in-law super gorgeous? I can’t wait to meet my new nephew or NIECE!!! Can you tell we need a girl in the family? We have all boys, which is so much fun but come on, we need some girl power around here! Happy weekend!!

Valentines day…you either love it or pretend to hate it. I used to be one of those who pretended to hate it– only because I thought it was a Hallmark Holiday. But now that I have kids, I love love Valentines day! Why do I love it so much? Well I am going to tell you right now. With all the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives, what could possibly be better than a day set aside, specifically for celebrating those who you love and those who love you? Because let’s be honest, when you have three kids you don’t always have time to spoil the love of your life on a daily basis.

My Aunt & Uncle own a local bridal shop and every year they put on a big bridal even with a fashion show. I have modeled in it since I was a kid, and now Ralph is forced does it with me. This was the first year Jack modeled too, and he was ADORABLE. When Ralph doesn’t want to do it this is what I say, “I stay in sweatpants mostly everyday with no make-up so give me a chance to put on some beautiful dresses and get my hair done, IM THERE. So you can just DEAL WITH IT.” I think I say it in a kinder tone but you get the point. The only thing about being in the show I dislike, is trying on dresses that rival my own wedding dress. This years theme of the show was very vintage, hence the “s” curls in my hair, which I love. Anyway, it was fun and it was so exciting to watch Jack on stage in a tux, with sweet little Lola! ( I am sad that I didn’t get a picture of the finale dress, which was paired with a cathedral, veil. AKA the most beautiful/heaviest veil I have ever seen/worn. Oh you guys would have died)
Rehearsal

Watch. Socks. Tie. Shoes. Sweater. After shave.
These are all things Ralph would love…and who knows maybe Santa will bring him some of them! Have a great weekend!
