Crock pot cream cheese chicken over pasta



You will need:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet dry italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounce package of cream cheese
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 package of noodles or rice

Mix boiling water with the chicken bouillon cube and pour into crock pot. Add the chicken breasts, then pour melted butter over chicken. Sprinkle dry italian seasoning packet over the chicken. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. 45 minutes before the chicken is done, mix the soup and cream cheese together. You may want to warm the cream cheese in the microwave to make the mixture more smooth. Add the mixture into the crock pot and continue cooking for 45 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice, garnish with chives.

This is a perfect family meal that everyone loves! This dish was super easy and as a bonus will make your house smell amazing all day while it is cooking! I steamed carrots and broccoli to go with it.
