- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 14 cup butter
- 2 tbsps lemon juice
- 2 tsps lemon zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 cups confectioners sugar
- Beat cream cheese, butter until smooth.
- Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla, beat until smooth and fluffy.
- Add confectioners sugar in ½ cup increments.
- Beat until smooth, adding more lemon juice or confectioners sugar if needed.
- Makes 3⅔ cups.
