Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 14 cup butter
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • 2 tsps lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 cups confectioners sugar
Instructions
  1. Beat cream cheese, butter until smooth.
  2. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla, beat until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add confectioners sugar in ½ cup increments.
  4. Beat until smooth, adding more lemon juice or confectioners sugar if needed.
  5. Makes 3⅔ cups.
