4-5 tablespoons of your favorite seasoning (I used Wild tree's Absolutely Onion blend)
Instructions
Throw it all in a big ole plastic (food safe) bag and let it sit overnight in the fridge. After at least 15 hours in the fridge, dump it in the crock pot on low for 5-6 hours or until meat is tender.
