You will need:
- 1 package TS key lime cheese ball mix
- 1 box TS almond pound cake
- 6 oz vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups cool whip OR 8oz cream cheese
- green & yellow food coloring
Mix pound cake mix, half of packet 1 of key lime mix, yogurt & water. Pour in greased cupcake pan. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes, let the cupcakes cool completely.
Mix the remaining half of packet 1 from key lime mix with either cream cheese OR cool whip. Add green and yellow food coloring until you get the green you want for the frosting. Frost cupcakes then sprinkle with the crumble from packet 2.
I am not even a key-lime-lover, but these are so refreshing! Perfect for summer! Enjoy.
