- haddock filets
- lemon juice
- 1 lemon sliced
- pepper
- salt
- TS garlic garlic
Place haddock in a greased pan. Pour about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice over fish. Cover with salt, pepper and garlic garlic to taste. Top with lemon slices & bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Do not over cook or the haddock will turn out rubbery.
This is my go-to-haddock recipe. I never measure my seasonings and it always turns out perfect. This time I even made extra to use for leftover fish sandwiches BUT unfortunately I dropped the pan when taking it out of the oven and dropped half of the fish. Tear. I am still mad about it!
