Lemon pepper chicken over rice


You will need:

  • 4 thawed chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 lemon
  • pepper
  • garlic powder or TS garlic garlic
  • your favorite rice

Place 4 chicken breasts in a 9 by 11 baking dish. Pour lemon juice over chicken. Season chicken breasts with as much pepper and garlic powder as you would like. If you are using TS garlic garlic, use about 1 tablespoon. Slice the lemon and place a slice on each chicken breast. Cover and let marinade in fridge for at least 4 hours.

Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Serve over rice.

Easy easy easy! This is a favorite in our house. Pairs perfectly with steamed broccoli for a healthy meal.
