No-bake protein bars

  • 2 large, ripe bananas
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter granola
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or nut butter
  • 2 tablespoons mini, semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons dried fruit
  • 4-6 tablespoons chocolate whey protein powder


Mash bananas and mix together with peanut butter, maple syrup, and protein powder. Add oats, chocolate chips, fruit and granola. Pour into cupcake liners in a muffin pan and store in the freezer for an hour before eating.

These are great! I keep them around all the time. They fill you up because they are packed with protein, and are a healthy snack for kids. I usually make a batch for my husband to take when he travels too, so he doesn’t have to eat out as much. Whats really fantastic about these is that they are so versatile. You can substitute mostly anything to your liking and they will still turn out great. Also the easiest to make. Score one for team lazy!
