The other night we made pizzas! The kids made their own, and Ralph and I made ours. I was really bummed because I was out of yeast so we couldn’t make our usual dough. Which is the best part, right? We ended up using a frozen gluten-free pizza crust made with rice. I can’t for the life of me find you a link for it, and of course I can’t remember the brand, but it was from Festival if you have one near you. But it was SO good. It was almost as thin as a tortilla but after baking, it puffed out. So the kids had fun and were surprised that they did not like the mushrooms and onions they just HAD to put on their pizza after it baked. Being the loving parents that we are, we of course made them finish every last bite.
