Parmesan & rosemary crusted chicken

Prepare to be amazed. This is the most moist and tender chicken I have ever had/made. Does the mayo turn you off? It turned me off. But DON’T let it! I promise you that you will not be disappointed, even if you are a mayo-hater like me. The only thing I was disappointed about was that I waited this long to bake chicken with mayo.

Parmesan & rosemary crusted chicken
  • ½ cup real mayo
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
  1. mix mayo and cheese together
  2. spread over raw chicken in a greased pan
  3. mix together rosemary and bread crumbs
  4. sprinkle over mayo mixture
  5. bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked
