You will need:
- 4 cups corn, fresh or frozen (we used organic white corn)
- 1 cup caramelized onions
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon TS seasoned salt
Heat ingredients on medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. You want the corn to brown, but not burn. (note* I made the caramelized onions ahead of time, but I am sure if you cooked this on low heat for a longer period of time, you could just add raw onions in).
