Crock pot chicken bacon ranch

Found this recipe on Pinterest and it did not dissapoint! Also it makes your house smell phenomenal.

You will need:

  • package of bacon bits, fried, grease drained
  • 1 box (or can) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package ranch dip mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 large chicken breasts, cut into bite size chunks
  • egg noodles, cooked
Throw the bacon bits, cream of chicken soup, ranch mix, sour cream and chicken into your crockpot and stir. Heat on low for 4-6 hours and serve warm over egg noodles.
*note it doesn’t necessarily look the most appetizing, but I promise you it is tasty! Reasons why I don’t have any pictures of the finished dish…it just doesn’t look awesome guys.

Crock pot fajitas

You will need:

  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 green pepper,sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced
  • 2 small onions, sliced
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut in strips (or steak)
  • 1 packet of your favorite taco/fajita seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon ts fiesta party dip mix
  • 1 cup water
Slice all the veggies and meat in long strips and place in the crock pot. Top with seasonings and water. Cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is tender. Top with sour cream, cheese, salsa, guacamole, or any of your favorite toppings!

We had my sister-in-law and her husband over for din din a few weekends ago and these were on the menu. They turned out really yummy. I was worried the veggies were going to be soggy after cooking in the crock all day (we like our veggies crunchy) but they weren’t at all! Will be trying this with steak next time, so good. The meat gets so tender from cooking so long on low.

Crock-pot italian shrimp & veggie pasta

You will need:

Combine all ingredients except for the shrimp in slow cooker. Cook on low for 5 hours or until veggies are tender. Add shrimp and cook on low an additional hour. Serve over pasta and top with parmesan cheese.

This was SO simple! I tripled the recipe so we would have left overs. Everyone in our family loved this recipe, although next time I would make it with chicken.

Crock pot cream cheese chicken over pasta

Chicken

You will need:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet dry italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounce package of cream cheese
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 package of noodles or rice

Mix boiling water with the chicken bouillon cube and pour into crock pot. Add the chicken breasts, then pour melted butter over chicken. Sprinkle dry italian seasoning packet over the chicken. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. 45 minutes before the chicken is done, mix the soup and cream cheese together. You may want to warm the cream cheese in the microwave to make the mixture more smooth. Add the mixture into the crock pot and continue cooking for 45 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice, garnish with chives.

This is a perfect family meal that everyone loves! This dish was super easy and as a bonus will make your house smell amazing all day while it is cooking! I steamed carrots and broccoli to go with it.
