Pepper steak over rice

Pepper steak

You will need:

Pound beef to tenderize. Cut beef into thin strips. Brown beef in oil in skillet.

Transfer to slow cooker. Combine soy sauce, Garlic Garlic, Onion Onion, sugar, salt, pepper and ginger in a bowl. Pour over meat.

Cover, cook on low for 5-6 hours. Add green peppers and tomatoes. Cook for another hour. Serve over your favorite rice.

I mainly just tried this recipe because it looked easy and I knew my husband would like it but WOW this was amazing! The steak had the best flavor! Highly recommend this one for your entire family!



Slow cooker stuffed peppers

You will need:

Combine first two ingredients, set aside.

Cut the top off each pepper; remove core, seeds and white membrane. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients; mix well and spoon into peppers.

Stand peppers up in a slow cooker. Pour soup over them. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours, until peppers are tender.

Of course we topped them with shredded cheese! Only in Wisconsin!
