Fruit & yogurt pops

You will need:

  • yougurt
  • any kind of fruit
  • fruit juice (optional)

Combine about 2 cups of yogurt with fruit of your choice (we did bananas & blueberries) and purée. You may add fruit juice for more flavor.Pour into ice cube trays. Place tray in the freezer for about 30 minutes, then add cut up straws or popsicle sticks. Take out when completely frozen and transfer to a ziplock bag for easier storage.

Kids love these! They are the perfect size for their little hands which makes it so much easier for them to eat (& makes less messes for mom to clean up)! Plus the best news about these is that there is NO high fructose corn syrup or other artificial ingredients.
