Chili
You will need:
- 2 cans seasoned diced tomatoes
- 1 can chili beans
- 2 cans dark kidney beans
- 1 can stewed seasoned tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 3-4 ribs of celery
- 1 Tbsp. TS Onion Onion, or 1 small onion
- 2 Tbsp. Wahoo Chili
- 1 lb. ground lean ground beef
- 1 can of beer
In a large pot dump first 5 ingredients and one tablespoon of Wahoo Chili seasoning -cover on low heat.
Chop celery into small pieces. In another pan pour beer, Onion Onion (or a chopped small onion), and celery pieces and simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes.
In yet another pan, brown your ground beef with 1 tablespoon of Wahoo Chili seasoning, do not drain. Combine beer/celery mixture with ground beef mixture.
Then combine your meat mixture into your chili pot. Let it cook on low heat, covered for at least 4 hours. Serve with buttered rye bread or crackers.
Paired perfectly with fresh veggies and dip.
